Our client, a global Defence and Security organisation are currently looking for a Senior Automation Test Engineer to help define test cases and scenarios based on requirements or concept descriptions.

Your duties:

• Deliver Test Capabilities and Automated Test Solutions

• Convert requirements into testable scenarios

• Execute testing activities

• Transition tests to automated solutions

• Identify solutions to improve testing capabilities

• Assist configuration management of test tools, test scenarios and test data

• Support Junior team members

• Provide constructive feedback on other Engineer's technical documentation

• Perform Functional and non-functional testing

Skills and experience required

• Previous experience within either Software Development, Integration or Testing

• ISTQB Certified is advantageous

• Proficient in both Linux and Windows operating systems

• Test Management experience is essential, including defect tracking, tools such as Jira, TestRail or ALM

• Proficient with Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Robot or jmeter

• Must have current and valid SC level clearance to start and must be willing to obtain DV clearance - please do not apply if you do not hold SC clearance
