Our client who Design and Manufacture complex Electronic and Communication equipment for the Military are currently recruiting for a Senior Electronics Engineer to take the Lead on Hardware or Design Authority projects.

Your duties - Senior Electronics Engineer

• Design, Development and Review of digital / analogue circuits and firmware sub-systems
• Mentoring an Electronics Design Team
• Design Authority / Independent reviewer
• Decision making on Engineering design solutions
• Resolve any project, technical or resource problems
• Support R&D by improving quality, cost and efficiency
• Project reviews / updates
• Support with the preparation of technical bids and proposals

Skills / Experience required - Senior Electronics Engineer

• A relevant Engineering Degree
• All round Electronics Design experience
• Able to manage, develop and motivate an Engineering Team
• Proficient in evaluating, mitigating and managing risk
