I am looking for a Senior ILS & ARM Engineer to work with a new client of mine; they provide key service integration capabilities and engineering consultancy, specialising in the delivery of cost effective support solutions for Communications and Information Systems.
This Senior ILS & ARM Engineer provides support to the ILS Manager for the analysis of a range of equipment and software applications associated with the various System architectures associated with the Programme.
Assist in the development of ILS / Supportability Engineering plans and day to day implementation of processes.
Preparation of the ILS / Supportability Engineering deliverables. Day to day development of the ARM deliverables.
Provide detailed Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input to Engineering Community. Identify risks associated with ILS & ARM Programme.
Assist in the development of ILS / Engineering solutions to Requests for Change within tight timescales.
Assist the Project ILS lead in development of bid documentation for any additional requirements.
Preparing monthly report for ILS & ARM Activity against Statement of Work.
Support the ILS Review / Management Boards as appropriate (Development of ILS Material).
Deputise for Project ILS Manager (as appropriate).
Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input to Engineering Community.
Tasks:
Undertake ARM analysis as defined in the associated ARM Plans (based on DEF STAN 00-40).
Identify risks associated with ILS & ARM Programme.
Prepare and produce R&M Case and associated Case Reports. Develop FMECA and R&M models as appropriate.
Present ARM issues and mitigations to Senior Management.
Day to day management of ILS Programme Plans for specified projects.
