Rate: £600 - £625 a day

Senior Infrastructure Architect: You will join a high performing team in a role that bridges the gap between the Solution Architect, development team, business team and project management. Specifically you will provide specialist skills to lead and co-ordinate the activities and resources for the infrastructure architecture domain to enable stakeholders to leverage best value from IT investments.

In this role you will:

• provide assurance to the Technical Design Authority and the programme management team that solutions are fit for purpose, meet requirements for Statutory, Regulatory and Contractual compliance, and are aligned with corporate best practice as well as relevant Solution, Reference and Target architectures.

• Providing assurance of fulfilment of non-functional requirements is a specific responsibility of this role.

• Provide leadership on infrastructure solutions definition as directed by the TDA including working with solution partners and subcontractors and documenting designs for delivery.

• Support activities of the wider architecture function working across projects and programmes to ensure consistent application of best practice in infrastructure, application, security and data architecture.
