Job Description

The role will be working in the Cyber Security Testing Team within the Cyber Defence department which is part of Group Cyber Security. As a senior penetration tester you will be involved in the development and operations of the security testing service. You will be a recognised specialist within the field of penetration testing, able to undertake advanced penetration testing. In addition to mentoring associate penetration testers you will be involved in the fulfilment of a variety of technical activities from scoping, enterprise penetration testing, reporting and representing as a technical subject matter expert for security testing.

Required Skills

• Extensive practical experience in Penetration Testing gained through professional experience

• Requires developed communication and influencing skills to exchange complex information in relation to penetration testing

• Willingness to continue development, knowledge-share with the team and take part in industry events and training courses

• Shared responsibility for throughput, quality and timeliness of the delivery of testing team outputs

• Responsible for undertaking testing activities in line with the Security Testing Code of Conduct

• Shared responsibility for delivery of testing team key deliverables
