Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Co-ordinator (Facilities or BMS) to join their team at their offices in London, providing support to their key customers.

The Service Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities will include:

-Acting as an initial point of contact for Customers within a Controls Support Department with their client who is an industry leading supplier of Building Energy Management Systems.

-Responsibility for scheduling and coordinating their Engineers, enabling them to successfully deliver PPM Visits, Minor Works, Callouts and Quotations.

-Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and helping to target sales opportunities.

The Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for Contract Administration which includes:

*Using established Business Systems, co-ordinating Engineers' daily activity, scheduling PPM Visits with Customers and ensuring Engineers' reports are issued in a timely manner.

* Following up on PPM recommendations, assisting with subsequent Quotations and the delivery of Minor Works.

*Issuing preliminary Health & Safety documentation and facilitating monthly Customer Close-Out Calls.

*Completing all commercial administration tasks and ensuring all necessary PO's are raised.

*Ensuring monthly invoicing of PPM Contracts, Minor Works, and Callouts.

The Service Co-ordinator will oversee all administration within the Support Department, ensuring accurate data entry in line with established Quality Procedures and will:

*Adhere to established procedures, business system usage and general workflows within the Support Department, identifying improvements wherever possible.

*Achieve a high standard of administration helping to facilitate monthly Management Reports

*Comply with Quality Procedures and ensure a good understanding of ISO9001 (in readiness for external audits)

The Service Co-ordinator will ensure Health, Safety & Quality and will:

*Monitor the compliance of established Health, Safety & Quality Procedures

*Facilitate the communication of Health, Safety & Quality content

*Assist in the overall promotion of these subjects, aiding the continued development of Company culture.
