Job title: Service Delivery Manager

Security Clearance: SC Cleared

Location: Liverpool Hybrid (2/3 days per week)

Rate: £540 per day inside ir35

You will join a global IT consultancy who are delivering digital transformation to a central government agency. This role focuses on release management and as such you will be a technical Service Delivery Manager with problem and release management experience who will work in a troubleshooting team to review, package, and release significant problem record updates.

+++ Due to the nature of the end client, you will need to hold SC Clearance +++

Service Delivery Manager with a real experience / background in Infra and Apps, needs to be able to jump into detail and manage client relationships.

You will have strong experience in at least one of the following:

• Data management and strategy.
• Application and infrastructure controls monitoring design and implementation.
• Asset Management.
• Service Management/ Design/ Knowledge management and documentation.
• Platform security, Data Protection, and patching.

Your skills:

• As Service Delivery Manager you will have Strong IT Service Delivery experience.
• Service level maintenance and service risk management experience.
• Delivery and obligation control experience.
• Understanding of ITIL framework.
• As Service Delivery Manager you will have experience of leading teams.
• Client management/communication experience, both technical and non-technical.
• As Service Delivery Manager you will have incident management experience (beneficial).
