We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage end to end processes - responsible for delivery across Service Management disciplines: Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Deployment, Capacity and Availability.
The role is crucial to the successful delivery of an ongoing service.
Experience required;
+ Service Delivery Management experience
+ Technical direction experience
The successful candidate will be sponsored through security clearance if it is not already held.
