Service Delivery Manager - Remote - £650 a day - 6 Months

+++ SC Clearance is required for this role +++

You will join a global IT Consultancy who are working alongside a government agency. The role will see you take full ownership for the successful delivery of a complex and wide-ranging service contract, or a portfolio of contracts. You will be accountable for all IT and related services.

Your responsibilities

+ Successful delivery of one or more complex and wide-ranging services. This could be achieved as one or more work-streams of similar size and scope within a larger service or portfolio of service where they have full responsibility for their service(s) and are part of the senior leadership team.

+ Owning all aspects of the service contract(s) and reporting progress and status.

+ Managing the delivery of the service within the context of the SBU/BU financial and operational drivers.

+ Understanding, challenging and working effectively within commercial parameters

+ Delivering the planned business outcomes for the BU and the client(s).

+ Managing the client relationship.

Your Qualifications:

+ Academic & Professional Qualifications Professional ScrumMaster (PSM II/SPS) where applicable.

+ Membership of a Professional Service or Project Management organisation such as APM, PMI, BCS.

+ Practitioner level qualification
