The role of the Service Delivery Manager will be to deliver contracted service commitments and continual service improvements for a Large IT based Defence Company.
You will, in conjunction with the customer identify and define requirements for new services, ensuring such services are professionally introduced & accepted into service, proactively leading internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as one service team.
A working day:
Monitor service risks
Control service costs
Improve productivity for customers in order to increase profitability and improve cost effectiveness.
Leading the service delivery to customers/ clients
Accountable for the forecasting and management of the account (orders, revenue and margin)
Financial management for IT
Service Level Management including Business Risk management
