Are you a service design architect ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking to add a self-motivated, innovative and skilled tooling architect to add their team. This would be a good fit for someone who has EM tooling and Service desk exposure.

You will help design and build as well as being able to identify, justify and develop tools required by the customers. This is a role that plays a vital part in the organisations deployment of new systems.

I am looking for someone who can demonstrate knowledge and experience in the IT System Management tools

  • Server Event Monitoring and Log Analysis

  • Server Capacity and Performance monitoring

  • Automated Incident logging and scripting for automated fixes

  • Software Delivery and Patching

  • Intelligent systems for root cause analysis and fault prediction.

  • Server desk tooling (Service now, Remedy or CA Service desk manager)

Can you demonstrate:

  • Experience of undertaking design and deployment for major IT systems

  • Experience of configuration and customisation of Service Desk Tooling

  • Development skills (C#, Java, Javascript)

  • Knowledge of SQL database integration and reporting

  • Problem solving skills with the ability to function as part of a team and occasionally independently

  • The ability to write coherent technical documentation.
