Service Desk Operator - London - £200 a day - 6 Months

You will join a global IT consultancy, on site with their financial services client. The role will see you perform basic triage and provide 1st time fix for incidents such as password reset and access issue, or log & pass incidents to a resolver group.

Key Duties:

• Perform basic Traige

• Provide 1st time fix for incidents such as password reset and access issues

• Log and pass incidents to a resolver group within IT

Your skills and experience:

• Service Desk experience, preferably within financial services

• Strong customer service skills

• Incident Management

• Incident Response
