Based in Fareham, Portsmouth

Must be eligible for SC/DV Clearance

Hours of support are 0730 - 1800 per week on a split shift, rotated weekly as directed by team lead to cover 37 hours (Example shift pattern will be 0730 - 1500 & 0930 - 1800)

Are you looking for a career in IT that will provide training and skills in a 2nd line Support role? My client are looking for suitable candidates that are interested in building upon current knowledge to progress a career in IT.

Your role will involve resolving all IT related issues, providing solutions and fixes where possible and escalating to their 2nd & 3rd line teams as appropriate. You will be required to record failures to IS Service Delivery, working on the Support Works ticketing system to record all aspects/issues and related fixes while ensuring disruption to service is kept to a minimum.
