Service Desk Team Leader / Supervisor
An opportunity exists for a proven Service Desk Team Leader to join a well known retail brand overseeing and managing their 1st line Support team.

Your role as the Service Desk Team Leader will be to ensure uninterrupted IT services to internal users across the business.
The successful Service Desk Team Lead will recognise the need for pragmatic application of their service management expertise, with the ability to problem solve and man manage the support teams.
The main areas of responsibility are:
Ensuring all incidents/service requests are managed and resolved within agreed SLA and progress/resolution of fix is communicated
Installing trust & confidence with internal stakeholder
Working with colleagues and client to negotiate and put in place SLA's
Driving performance with appraisals / training and development plans etc
A Service Desk Team Lead will typically have:
* A successful track record, working as a Team Lead with management of support staff
* A demonstrable ability to construct and maintain a robust, scalable and successful service.
* A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems
