+ £500 to £540 per day

Key deliverables:

Contribute to initial discovery workshops to reveal the business processes at each plant
Attend and where necessary organise detail workshops at the plant to analyse the gaps between current process and solution capability; write up the gap analysis
Advise on best practice and acceptable workarounds
Propose solutions to close the process gaps and document agreed options
Broker changes to local business processes for optimisation and for compatibility with new solution
Recommend whether any system change requests may be appropriate, help construct such requests and tender them for approval by the change board
Document the to-be processes and configuration
Support the project manager in delivering the implementation
Support the technical team and business team in preparing the configuration and implementing the solution

Skills and knowledge required:

Thorough knowledge of processes involved in product life cycle management, enterprise resource planning and manufacturing execution
Functional implementation experience with at least one MES package (e.g. Simatic IT, Datapak, Camstar, Factelligence, HPOMS)
Exposure to at least one PLM or ERP package
