A Software Business Analyst with experience working closely with both internal and external customers is required to join a team who create and deliver software and services to some of the largest Aerospace and Infrastructure companies in the world.

You will join an award winning company helping to revolutionise air travel for billions of passengers around the globe each and every day!

Role: Software Business Analyst

As Software Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

+ Creating requirements/user stories and effectively communicate these to the development team verbally and/or visually within user stories
+ Ensuring consideration of non-functional requirements to ensure customer UX is always prioritised
+ Able to create visual user stories to help guide developers when implementing new features
+ Working closely with program management, customers and key stakeholders to understand business and product needs
+ Provide 1st line support to new and existing customers
+ Regularly refine and prioritise user stories/requirements based on changing business needs
+ Support user acceptance testing when required
+ Support customer training either on-site or at customer premises

+ Working within an agile SCRUM development environment

Experience: Software Business Analyst
As Software Business Analyst you will have experience of:

+ Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline
+ Have strong focus on UX and Usability within software development
+ Knowledge and/or experience of agile SCRUM development as a SCRUM Master, Product Owner or member of a development team
+ Ability to seek out, understand and communicate customer requirements effectively
+ Collaborative and proactive approach to working within a customer facing role
+ Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
+ Able to travel internationally
+ Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
