Our client, a market leader within the Defence and Security industry are looking for a hands-on Software Manager to Lead and Develop a Team of Software Engineers.

Duties:

• Provide Technical and Managerial leadership to the Software Engineering Team

• Resolve an issues within the team

• Provide support when needed

• Support Career and Personal Development

• Drive improvement initiatives to improve the capacity, efficiency and effectiveness of the team

Skills and Experience required

• Experienced in Software Design, Development and Test

• Java coding experience

• Strong Leadership / People Management experience
