The project:
Joining a brand new cloud implementation team, IaaS
Technology:
Dell Hyperconverged technologies with VMWare ESXI
Standard MSFT stack with AD, Windows Servers
Cisco Networking
The role:
Develop the cloud platform
Ensure it is fully secure and Security accredited
Develop a service management framework
Manage the migration to the new platform
Working to an Agile methodology (SAFE)
Overall project structured as eight lot of twelve-week chunks.
Initially develop the prototype then roll out the complete solution.
