+ £550 to £650 per day

Key Skills:

SQL Server 2019
Configuration of SQL Always On groups for HA and DR
Has previously installed SQL services within a PAM/PAW

Job Spec:

The resource will be required to install, configure and test instances of SQL across the test, pre-production and production environments.

+ Initial creation of a build guide and then deployment of the infrastructure following the guide.
+ Regular reporting of the installation process and reporting of any installations issues with suggested resolutions.
+ Review and update the proposed test use cases
+ Once installation has been completed undertake a set of test use cases being able to demonstrate to the test witness the test outcome.
+ Produce test results and record issues or defects for reporting
+ Provide regular updates to the test manager on progress and any testing issues
+ Provide input to the project manager on the deployment and testing schedules

Skils Required:

+ SQL Server 2019 installation and testing in a secure environment
+ Configuration of SQL Always On groups for HA and DR
+ Has previously installed SQL services within a PAM/PAW infrastructure
+ Able to create a build guide to support the deployment
+ Testing SQL Server and producing test results
+ Working with virtualised SQL infrastructures
