Starteam Application Support Engineer

+ working onsite in South Wales plus some expensed travel

Starteam Support Engineer

Outline

An application support engineer is required to support the Starteam application.

This software is used for documentation control / lifecycle management within both a secure and restricted network and based fully at Client's site.

Basic support and administration services are required for a maximum user base of 300 users for the secure network and 700 users for the restricted network.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

The Starteam Support Engineer will be required to provide support to the following areas:

+ Application user management

+ Support for troubleshooting

+ Version control

+ Patching

+ Product Delivery Manager services to achieve the smooth operation of the application including interfacing with the business when required

The Starteam support Engineer will require proven skills, experience, and attributes in the following:
