An industry leader in the automotive/electronics industry that design and manufacture innovative safety equipment is looking for a Stock Controller on a permanent basis. Due to the growth my client they require an experienced Stock Controller who can generate and manage sales forecasting for the group subsidiaries. The role focusses on providing a communication path between all the Subsidiaries and the group supply chain department.

THE ROLE - STOCK CONTROLLER - DARTFORD KENT

The Stock Controller role will be to support the purchasing and financial team by looking at sales trends, material planning, handling OEM forecast and financial performance. Some of the responsibilities are below:

• Conduct meeting with subsidiaries sales teams to understand the demands and identify any supply issues
• Complete monthly planning sheet to support sales requirements
• Identify stock shortages
• Plan and place PO's
• Book deliveries on to the ERP system and produce stock reports
• Answer any queries on the inventory

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS - STOCK CONTROLLER - DARTFORD KENT

• Substantial experience in an operations planner/ sales or stock controller role
• Excellent knowledge of ERP Systems
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong communicator can build and maintain supplier relationships
• Previous liaised with Subsidiaries before
