You will support a new platform to help assist and troubleshoot platform issues. You will have development opportunities to widen your skill set.
Working within an ITIL environment, working to support, monitor and escalate the faults within the team, Carrying out daily and monthly tasks
You will maintain the correct producers and processes as well as having strong customer skills, maybe from a Service Desk background?
Suitable for someone who may have worked on Windows server systems and has knowledge and skills on other operational tasks. Working with both internal and external customers to maintain accounts and escalating to the relevant groups.
