Support Worker- Surrey

A highly commendable charity who have been awarded year on year outstanding by the CQC, are seeking Support Workers to be responsible for a number of adults suffering from Epilepsy, or have a disability due to seizers they have suffered from over a number of years', duties will include personal care, administration of medication, accompanying them on days' out/trips and ensuring their safety.

Support Worker/Senior Support Worker - Responsibilities:

  • Carry out care duties as per service user care plans
  • Support with and/or carry out personal care duties
  • Administration of medication and clinical procedures
  • Promoting communication and participation within the community
  • Ensure all records are maintained and duly uploaded into the appropriate database
  • Attending professional meetings where required with family, clinicians and social care professionals
  • Building and maintaining professional positive working relationships

Qualifications/Experience/Skills required:

  • A clean criminal record
  • Genuine interest for in working the health and social care sector
  • Good communication both verbal and written English


  • £9.50 - £11 per hour (depending on qualifications)
