My client who is a manufacturer of high-tech electronic devices are looking to expand their team and looking for a Surface Mount Team Lead. My client supply different products across the globe to multiple industries and have strong ethos in developing/training employee's and constantly have new opportunities arising at present.

The Role - Surface Mount Team Lead - West Sussex

You will be working in the production team and your responsibility will be to organise day to day work and activities. This will consist of being able to train/mentor Surface Mount operators and kitters to ensure they are producing quality work and meet customer requirements

Your role will be also to monitor stock management to a certain level and prepare and evaluate documentation for future shop orders.

This role does require someone with a keen eye of continuous improvement as my client want to drive continuous improvement across the business.

Skills/Experience - Surface Mount Team Lead - West Sussex

• Electronics background
• Able to read engineering drawings for assembly
• Happy to be a leadership role
• Surface Mount experience
