As a Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
+ Developing user and system requirements through working with Customers, external partners and internal teams.
+ Analysis of system level requirements and definition of system architecture, behaviour, functionality and performance.
+ Expressing design through high quality engineering documentation; for example Requirements and Architecture Documents, Reports, Interface Control Documents.
+ Identify the key features of the complete system, decomposing and deriving subsystem requirements through functional analysis and capture these in requirement specifications and interface requirements.
+ Ensure validation and verification of all requirements, through to final compliance verification matrix, providing traceability through verification campaign.
+ Identify, track and resolve relevant project issues.
Skills and qualifications include:
+ Knowledge and practical experience of Systems Engineering lifecycle concepts and approaches.
+ Demonstrable experience systems engineering on complex system engineering developments.
+ An understanding of complex products or systems based on physics and/or electronics.
+ Proven ability to perform structured trade-studies and methodical approach to decision making.
+ The willingness and ability to understand rapidly new technologies and domains.
+ Demonstrable experience of requirements capture and analysis, including functional analysis
