Salary: £85k, 20% bonus, £6,400 car allowance (10% DV bonus also available)

Location: Hampshire/Hybrid

Security clearance at SC level is required to start the role and DV clearance to continue in the role

Your role

I am looking for a Solution Owner with experience in; Architecture, Designing, Implementing and Managing Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS) to become the Solution campaign lead for Fujitsu within our chosen Consortium for the LE TacCIS System Integration and wider opportunities in this space.

As the Lead Solution Architect within the DNS Campaign Team, you will be responsible for a wide spectrum of activity, from driving the strategic vision for TacCIS within the business and our chosen consortium, to developing cutting edge solutions. You will be required to be forward thinking across wider areas and complementary technologies, including how we can apply innovative technologies to give our team the winning edge.

You will propose and evolve TacCIS architectural concepts and identify key features, ensuring consistency and alignment with any strategic plans and commercial roadmap working with the wider orangisation

Ensure that any TacCIS Solution is scaled with high availability, reliability, maintainability in mind, with an ability to meet any respective Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators. You will need to pay specific attention to security and compliance where systems are deemed to be of a secure nature. At all times systems are to be and remain compliant with all applicable standards.

You will be responsible for providing leadership, management and have the interpersonal communication skills necessary to successfully inspire, lead and direct presales activity and bids.

Your experience

-Design and Implementing TacCIS Systems

-Customer facing skills, working with Consortium Partners and Customers to understand requirements and propose solutions

-Awareness and interest in wider TacCIS capability and delivering in an Enterprise-wide space to deliver an Integrated and fully verified and validated solution.
