The Role:

You will be a key Technical Consultant in our Technical Excellence Capability Centre for our large enterprise customers, you will get the opportunity for varied work in different sectors to really challenge your skillset. Your base office will be our London head office but there will be flexibility allowing you to work from home and achieve a great work/life balance

To start your journey you will be embedded into a team working on one of our key customer accounts in the public sector as well as developing and delivering MDM offerings to our SME markets.

You will

+ Design, implement and support End user compute and Intune base solutions and have a broad knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies

+ Work alongside teams on our large enterprise customer engagements to deliver crucial, exciting, and varied projects

+ Be critical in the delivery of our digital transformation projects, bringing our customer systems onto the latest and most secure systems

+ Work with BAU support teams to implement any technical or business change and transition into service

+ Collate and present information to stakeholders at all levels regarding solutions

Required Skills:

+ Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and MDM\MAM policies

+ Excellent diagnostic skills to allow you to diagnose application\User issues and provide solutions

+ Skills in PowerShell scripting and automation

+ Detailed understanding of Windows 10/11 and its associated technologies (OneDrive, Office, BitLocker)

+ In depth Azure Active Directory and Office 365

+ General Azure knowledge

+ Windows\Azure virtual desktop - WVD / AVD

+ SCCM and hybrid setup experience advantageous

+ Microsoft qualifications
