Technical Support Lead: The successful candidate will join a high performing team who have developed a range of data logging and analytics technologies which help their water utility customers optimise their water networks. Your role will be to train these customers in the deployment and maintenance of the physical data logging devices as well as the analytics suite which is delivered through a web application.

Your core skills and competencies
Practical and theoretical experience in water networks
Prior experience in the use of water network modelling tools would be beneficial
Support of modern web-based business applications
Good project management skills and experienced in the use of project management tools
Good communicator and experienced in working with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions
