Test Analyst: You will join a leading IT Consultancy working on a government project. You will work within a large team on an enterprise scale project.

You will be able to:

• Understand scenarios

• Undertake test analysis based on the scenarios provides

• Scope out the testing required to complete the scenario

• Estimate the amount of effort needed to complete the testing of the assigned scenarios

• Script the tests needed to prove the scenario

• Execute the tests that have been scripted and raise defects

• Report on the tests run providing a clear summary and completion report

• Work well with other members of the team incl. Business Analysts, Developers & DevOps, both in determining test scope and the resolution of issues.

Required Industry and Competencies for this role:

• Working knowledge of Jira & Confluence.

• Ability to triage defects that have been raised.

• Experience of iterative/continuous testing approaches

• Experience of working within distributed team.

• Working knowledge of the following key technical skills:-

• Funcational Integration Testing

• ITA Testing - Dragon & Jaws

• Regression Testing

• Jira

• Agile / Scrum methodologies

Working knowledge of the following as the test application is built on them;

• HTML, CSS, Javascript
• REST API
• BDD
• XML or JSON
• SQL
