Target Rate: £580 a day

IR35 Determination: Inside IR35

Location: Largely remote with occasional travel to London

Duration: 6 Months initially + extensions

Test Automator: You will join a blue chip consultancy firm and work in a project team that supports an enterprise sclae client. You will work with a Lead Technical Consultant to assess requirements and propose automation testing solutions. For automation solutions these should include tool characteristics including cost, ease of use, coverage and general fit to the stack.

You will

• Define the roadmap for automation

• Create, execute & debug test scenarios

• Lead the adoption of test automation across multiple product teams

• Mentor junior test analysis to develop test automation skills

Your skills and experience:

• Familiar with test automation tools for both functional regression, performance and secuirty, for modern web base application & API interfaces.

• Software development skills, e.g. JAVA, C# and understanding of software development best practices

• Knowledge of the delivery life cycle and best practice in test automation

• Good team leadership skills, articulate and people focused

• Consulting skills, e.g. problem solving, for instance to understand the client's challenges and translate this in how to assist
