My client based in West Sussex are currently looking to hire a Test & Development Engineer due to growth within the business. The ideal candidate with have testing and or development experience with vehicles and a keen interest within Engineering.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle test & development projects
• Review customer / internal requirements
• Write test plans
• Source test rigs, test equipment and parts
• Component, seat system, & vehicle tests
• Obtain test data, write test reports and report test results
• Investigate any failed test results
• Department resource planning
• Provide status updates to the Project team

Experience / Knowledge required

• Previous Automotive Development and Testing experience
• DFMEA experience
• Able to set up operational facilities
• Able to obtain SC security clearance
