TPM Engineer (Total Productive Maintenance Engineer)

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Permanent Role

Salary: up to £42,000 including shift allowance

Shift hours:

Monday to Friday, weekly rotating shifts of 6am to 2pm and 1.45pm to 10 pm, with 60 minutes of break time during each shift

An organisation specialising in the design and manufacture of fuel cell technology are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer focused on supporting and developing the current cell and stack manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Accountabilities - Total Productive Maintenance Engineer

• Preventative maintenance (TPM)

• Support production on major breakdowns.

• Improve equipment to run processes more efficiently.

• Understand control equipment and software on all production equipment.

• Keep up to date on technology and products.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required - Total Productive Maintenance Engineer

• Engineering qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

• Experience of fault finding in the following areas:

• PLC Based Equipment

• Mechanical/Electrical Equipment

• Pneumatics/Hydraulics

• Procuring special purpose production equipment.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Highly desirable skills & experience - Total Productive Maintenance Engineer

• Screen Printing.

• Laser Welding / Drilling machining.
