Training Lead Consultant - SAP S/4 HANA
+ 3 month initial contract
+ £450 to £500 per day
+ Inside IR35
+ Fully remote working
The Role:
Provides training consulting services to clients in the transformation and change discipline. Specifically, this will involve leading the definition, development and delivery of the training workstream on a large-scale transformation programme to meet the training requirements of the client.
Essential Skills:
+ Strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA training.
+ Experience of at least 1 multi-national full SAP S/4 HANA training lifecycle, from defining the training strategy and performing the training needs analysis, through to the management of development and delivery plans and evaluation of the training
+ Broad knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules and functionality.
+ Broad knowledge of systems such as SAP Ariba.
+ Knowledge of e-learning technology - SAP EnableNow an advantage.
The Position involves:
+ Lead the Training Strategy, Training Needs Analysis, Training Design and Training Planning aspects of a client facing SAP S/4 HANA programme.
+ Lead the design and development of training materials, working closely with both the Change Management team and wider programme team to ensure that client knowledge requirements are met.
+ Maintain a record of training materials/lessons/courses and ensuring that these are kept up to date so that trainers deliver, and clients receive the correct information when required.
+ Deliver expert training (both Train the Trainer and End User) to the client.
+ Report agreed training metrics to the client for training programmes, and communicating with the necessary lead(s) on training status.
+ Identify and implement improvements to training design and delivery.
+ Coach and/or mentor the training team to develop their SAP capabilities.
+ Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
+ Establish successful relationships with Senior Business Leaders, Shared Services Leads and delivery teams.
