Job Title: Vmware Engineer

Location: Hampshire/Hybrid

Contract: 6 months+

Rate: £600 - £650 per day inside ir35

DV Security Clearance is required for this role

I am looking for enthusiastic and motivated Vmware/VDI engineers, specialising in a wide variety of projects consisting of VMware Virtual Infrastructure designs, Active Directory & Exchange Migrations, High Availability solutions ranging from single host environments to multi host clustered technologies. These include Microsoft Clustered Services and VMware technologies and understand virtualization and cloud technologies.

Ideally, you will have experience:

• VMware Virtualisation Specialist
• VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7/ 6.5/ 6.x/ 5.5 / 5.x / 4.1
• VMware Horizon 7/6.1 /6.01/5.3
• vSAN 6.5 POC
• HP DL / Blades M1000e / C3000/7000Servers
• EMC FC/ EMC VNX2e NFS / NETApps NAS
• P2V V2V HA DRS SRM
• vShield Manager / VMware SRM vRM
• Windows 2016 2012 2008 AD Build and Admin
• VMware / CIS Secure Hardening
• Linux Admin - Solaris RHEL Ubuntu (Basic)
• Solution development, scoping, security & risk assessment
• Have good general knowledge of Microsoft stack technologies such as SharePoint, Skype for Business / Teams, MS SQL, MS System Centre, Office365,
