I am looking for an experienced CCNA / CCNP VOICE certified engineer having relevant experience in VOIP platform.

Certifications: CCNA, CCIE VOICE certifications preferred


Extensive knowledge of Cisco voice products and VOIP networking.

Participate in Operations, Optimization, Troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communication, Videoconferencing, WebEx, UCCX products for customer.

Works with a skilled team along with appropriate internal and external resources on the operations /optimization/ troubleshooting of Cisco services and solutions.

Extensive knowledge/experience with Cisco TDM/ IP voice systems and components. Hands-on troubleshooting

Experience on Polycom/Cisco voice products.

Experience with E1, T1, FXS, FXO, MGCP, SCCP, SIP, SRST, H323

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting, operations, maintaining complex Cisco UC solutions for enterprise level customers

Strong experience in Cisco UC applications such as CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, IM&P

Strong experience in Cisco Video applications such as VCS C&E, Expressway C&E, TMS, Various video endpoints

Strong experience in Webex, Webex streaming

Strong knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Digital/Analog voice gateways, media resources such as conferencing, transcoding, MTP, and MoH and voice endpoints such as IP phones and jabber

Experience in troubleshooting Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Meeting Server video conferencing, Cisco Expressway, MRA and B2B calls for enterprise level customers is highly desirable.

Strong hands-on of telephony dial plan design, implementation, and call control/routing protocols such as H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS.

Solid understanding of TCP/IP concepts and protocols such as DHCP, DNS, TFTP, NTP, and LDAP

Experience with UCS platforms and VMware technologies such as vCenter, vSphere EXSi, and vSphere client.

Troubleshoot and resolve general Voice & Unified Communications related issues with Root cause analysis.

Pro-active smart working capabilities with quick thinking and problem solving abilities are desired
