Where Careers Prosper
At CBSbutler we recognise that whilst the recruitment business can be
very stimulating and rewarding, it can also be also be pressurised and
frustrating at times.
To counter this, we have created a truly great working
environment with a wide array of excellent amenities and facilities for
optimum work-life balance. For example, staff enjoy an on-site gym and
two acres of gardens, together with free on-site parking.
We have a very supportive and caring philosophy, together with strong emphasis on fun and celebration.
Celebration and fun are very much at the fore and we hold regular events throughout the year to cater for everyone's preferences, including a variety of luxury experiences and great team building events. For example we hired Kensington Roof Gardens for a company wide party, organised a river cruiser down the Solent with accompanying jet skis, arranged a weekend in Dublin and host an annual race day at Sandown Park.
With a truly great work environment together with all the facilities and amenities you could genuinely want. There is a real
appetite for fun and celebration, with an active social scene and
regular party events.
We place a high importance on staff well-being and
family friendly working together with participating in charity
Importantly we have open, honest, two-way dialogue across the organisation - including regular communications events to keep everyone in the business informed. At our annual 'Kick-off' event, which is a conference for all staff at the beginning of the year, we launch our plans for the forthcoming year whilst also recognising each others' contribution over the previous 12 months.
Whilst we are driven to achieve our goals we are very aware of personal needs and well-being. We have a very caring and supportive ethos resulting in exceptional staff satisfaction rating (95%+ in the last 3 years).
The company is also strongly committed to working on social responsibility initiatives. In particular, we work with educational charities such as SATRO to promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) to young people.
We also have an active charity fundraising programme - including participation in a variety of sponsored sports and challenges. Our primary charity is The Rainbow Trust, supporting terminally ill children.
