Indeed we were one of the early stage adopters of the Investor in People standard as a framework for training & development within our sector. All staff have a personal development plan which is reviewed during the quarterly appraisals.

We employ a wide portfolio of tools & techniques, including a 10 module induction, coaching & mentoring, bite-sized workshops, together with external training provision.

Moreover, as a growing and evolving organisation, we constantly have challenging roles arising which provide for early responsibility and fast-track advancement. Those seeking leadership and management roles are invited to participate in CBSbutler’s ‘Good Boss’ programme, which is a highly recognised system of feedback and coaching across 14 key dimensions.
