Steph - Divisional Manager
Prior to my 10 years recruitment experience with CBSbutler, I worked in the residential and short breaks industry with Children and Young people with learning difficulties, disabilities and challenging behavior. I am very much committed to supporting a new approach of recruitment, offering a comprehensive support package of one-stop recruitment to organisations and companies.
Tracey - Account Executive
I joined the Healthcare team at CBSbutler in 2015; previous to this exciting career change, I amassed 20 years' experience in Support Work before moving into recruitment, ending that phase of my career after achieving the role of Registered Manager. I enjoyed various roles within the sector- Residential Services, Training and Development, as well as in Management Services. My role at CBSbutler today is to manage key accounts, particularly with large charity organisations specialising in residential services and learning and development.
Chloe - Recruitment Consultant
I have been recruiting into the social care sector for two years and take pride in working closely with clients and candidates every step of the way to ensure that their needs are fully supported. I work with organisations of all sizes and enjoy coming up with unique solutions to suit all requirements, making sure to take all relevant factors into consideration.
I also get involved in fundraising events for the charities and organisations I work with, and have recently signed up to a SkyDive and a Cycle to Paris which CBSbutler have generously supported with a donation of over £5000.
