Support workers are required! Please view our latest job vacancies below or sign up to our job alerts if you considering a new challenge in the near future.
Support workers are there to offer both practical and emotional support for those who are unable to live fully independently, often due to disability, emotional issues, or relationship and family problems.
As such, the support worker is there to help them live as independently as they can, while ensuring that their principle needs are still met. They may often be responsible for creating care plans to address those needs, to provide emotional support and companionship, to help with tasks around the home like cleaning, cooking, shopping, and washing. They may also help clients make and manage decisions around money, healthcare, and other important issues.
