Production Team Lead / Cell Leader

They're looking for an on-site Manufacturing Lead to take ownership of a specialist production team (circa 10 people and growing) on-site.

The role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll:

• Lead, coach and develop a skilled production team
• Own day-to-day performance, KPIs and workflow
• Uphold strict quality and safety standards
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice
• Create a positive, structured and accountable team culture
