The Role:
You'll be responsible for commissioning and supporting high-spec sterile process equipment on customer sites across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. This is a hands-on, field-based role offering exposure to complex projects in highly regulated environments.
Regular travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe
Projects can range from a few days to several weeks depending on scope
Minimal weekend work
Strong focus on work-life balance, with flexibility and support around travel (including trips home where needed)
What's on Offer:
Salary circa £50,000 (flexible depending on experience)
Approx. £12,000 annual overnight allowance
£750 annual lunch allowance
Annual bonus (typically around 8%)
Estimated OTE circa £66,000 (before overtime)
Overtime available, with emphasis on time off in lieu
Company car, credit card, laptop, and tools provided
Pension starting at 4% employer contribution (increasing with service)
25 days holiday + bank holidays (with buy/sell options)
Christmas shutdown period
This is a business that genuinely values its engineers - they understand the demands of travel and make a real effort to ensure time away is balanced with quality time at home.
If you're looking for a role where you'll be trusted, supported, and well-rewarded, this could be a great next step.
