EUC Engineer - Crewe - £220 a day

Location: Crewe full time on site

Duration: Initially 3 months

Rate: £200 - £220 a day

A global IT Consultancy are looking for an EUC Engineer to join their customer support team in Crewe.

You'll specialise in one of three key areas: Device Lifecycle Management (DLM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), or Hardware Operations (HW Ops).

In this role, you ll apply your skills, drive innovation, and help keep our systems running smoothly for colleagues across the business.

The role:

• Manage IT support tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
• Support, secure, and maintain devices across the organisation (PCs, laptops, mobiles)
• Use tools like SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Active Directory, and PowerShell
• Provide front-line support through services like the Tech Bar
• Perform hardware repairs or help coordinate fixes in data centres (HW Ops)
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams
• Look for opportunities to automate, innovate, and improve processes

Your skills or experience:

• Experience in one of the following specialisms: DLM, MDM, or HW Ops
• Strong knowledge of device architecture and operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android)
• A troubleshooting mindset and excellent communication skills
• Comfort working with tools like SCCM, Intune, Jamf, PowerShell, etc.
• A collaborative approach and an eagerness to learn and support others
