Join one of the UK's leading defence programmes, which is shaping the future of tactical communications. As a Platform Integration Specialist with experience in C4i systems, you'll be at the heart of ensuring secure, resilient, and agile Communications Information Systems (CIS) are delivered across the land environment.

You will support a key project within the programme, which is focused on extending the operational life of in-service Battle Command Information Systems through vital sustainment and enhancement work. This role demands strong technical expertise to plan, coordinate, and manage the integration of new capabilities while shaping the roadmap for future system evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical integration capabilities into existing and future CIS platforms.

• Manage and coordinate platform and system integration activities across multiple stakeholders and suppliers.

• Provide C4i systems expertise to ensure secure, resilient, and interoperable capability delivery.

• Identify and resolve obsolescence issues, reducing operational and security risks.

• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap to support transition from legacy BCIP to next-gen CIS solutions.

• Work closely with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and project management teams.

• Support testing, validation, and assurance activities across the system lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in platform integration roles within defence or secure communications programmes.

• Strong background in C4i systems, tactical CIS, or military-grade networking.

• Demonstrable experience with system sustainment and obsolescence management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-discipline collaboration skills.

• Experience working within MoD or similar high-assurance environments.

• Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation and integration plans.
