Join a market-leading engineering and technology business developing high-performance solutions used in some of the world's most demanding environments - from life-saving medical systems to cutting-edge space exploration.

If you're the kind of engineer who doesn't just accept "how it's always been done" - this one's for you.

We're looking for a Production Engineer who thrives on improving processes, solving real manufacturing challenges, and delivering high-quality products that make an impact across medical, marine, industrial and defence sectors.

You'll be right at the heart of production - driving efficiency, tackling problems head-on, and working with cross-functional teams to push performance to the next level.

What you'll be doing - Production Engineer

Optimise & Improve
Spot inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement smarter ways of working across mechanical assembly, multi-material joining, electrical build and testing.

Own Quality
Take the lead on maintaining and improving quality standards. Dig into root cause analysis, fix issues properly, and ensure products consistently meet high-performance benchmarks.

Solve Problems Fast
Be the go-to for production support - troubleshooting issues, minimising downtime, and keeping things moving.

Create Structure
Develop clear, practical documentation - from SOPs to process guidelines - that keeps manufacturing running smoothly.

Drive Continuous Improvement
Bring ideas. Challenge the status quo. Reduce cost, improve reliability, and help build a culture where improvement never stops.

What we're looking for - Production Engineer

  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering (or HNC + relevant experience)
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Strong background in process improvement and problem solving
  • Familiar with methodologies like 8D, Six Sigma, root cause analysis
  • Calm under pressure, hands-on, and solutions-focused
  • Confident communicator who can work across teams

Why this role?
