📍 Location: Manchester - Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
📅 Contract: Until 30/06/2026
💷 Rate: £667.20 per day (PAYE via Umbrella only)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key ServiceNow capabilities across HAM, SAM, and CMDB. This is a long-term opportunity within a major financial services organisation, supporting critical enterprise-wide asset and configuration management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the ServiceNow product strategy for Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and CMDB.

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and organisational objectives.

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and deliver optimised solutions.

• Evaluate, integrate, and improve complementary tools within the wider IT asset and configuration ecosystem.

• Serve as an SME for ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and its future roadmap.

• Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles (HAM/SAM/CMDB).

• Prior experience working in a financial services or regulated environment.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Additional Information

• This role requires 3 days per week onsite at the office in Manchester

• PAYE via Umbrella only.
