The Role:

You'll be leading a team within the Machine Shop, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and motivating a skilled team of machinists
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Driving efficiency, productivity, and best practice on shift
• Acting as the key point of contact for operational issues
• Supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork

• Background in a machine shop or precision engineering environment
• Strong understanding of machining processes and shop floor operations
