Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leaders within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for delivering high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the effective management of priorities, schedules, communications, and key business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, correspondence, and expense claims.
  • Act as a key point of contact, managing communications and screening enquiries where appropriate.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documentation.
  • Support budget administration and assist with compiling information for reports and business reviews.
  • Coordinate activities across departments and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, support onboarding activities, and contribute to the smooth running of the office.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times.

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is desirable.
