Genesys CX Consultant - Remote - £500 a day (Outside IR35)
A leading IT consultancy is looking for a Genesys CX Consultant to help move its on-premises contact center platform (Avaya) to the cutting-edge Genesys Cloud CX. You'll play a crucial role in re-architecting services and unlocking the full potential of Genesys Cloud CX capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Design Authority: Lead the overall design and technical aspects of the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
Consultancy: Provide expert guidance on customer, business, and internal projects.
Roadmap Input: Contribute to the roadmap for Genesys Cloud CX technologies.
Documentation: Produce clear and concise technical documentation to support requirements.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage technical projects, including enhancements and upgrades.
Innovation: Identify, define, document, and implement new technical solutions or features.
Customer Support: Support business through pre-sales activities and ensure adherence to standard capability.
Requirements:
- Experience: Deep experience in Genesys Cloud CX engineering or consulting.
- Technical Skills: Broad understanding of Genesys Cloud CX technologies, hands-on experience with omni-channel capabilities, and proficiency in RESTful APIs.
- Cloud Knowledge: Conceptual understanding of cloud concepts and architectures (AWS preferred).
- CI/CD Expertise: Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using contemporary tooling for version control, automation, and configuration management.
- Consulting Experience: Proven consulting skills in advising, designing, and delivering contact center solutions.
- Certifications: Preferred certificates on Genesys Cloud CX, including Professional, Developer, and Architect Certification. Desirable certifications in AI, Workforce Management, Quality Management, and Scripting.
