Contract: 12 months+
Location: Hybrid - Farnborough
Clearance: DV Cleared (essential)
IR35: Outside IR35
Rate: £700-£800 per day

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to support the design and delivery of secure, resilient integration solutions within complex and highly secure environments. The role focuses on Exchange and/or Web Gateway architectures, enabling interoperability across systems and domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define interoperability and gateway architectures to support secure data exchange between systems and security domains

• Lead architectural decisions for Exchange and Web Gateway solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and resilience

• Work closely with engineering teams, security stakeholders, and delivery partners to translate requirements into robust technical designs

• Produce high-quality architectural documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, and integration patterns

• Ensure solutions comply with relevant security, architectural, and governance standards

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical / Solution Architect delivering interoperability or integration solutions

• Strong knowledge of Exchange Gateways and/or Web Gateways

• Experience designing secure system-to-system integrations

• Solid understanding of networking, security, and identity principles

• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• DV clearance (mandatory)
