Regional Manager - Building Management Systems
£80,000 - £90,000 + Package
Role Overview
The Camberley office is a key part of a highly profitable southern division, delivering major projects to an established client base. With over 40 FTEs, this senior leadership role offers full autonomy to lead, grow and shape the business unit, working closely with operations, sales and board-level stakeholders.
This is a high-profile management position for an ambitious, driven leader with strong commercial focus, people management skills and the vision to unlock further growth. You'll take full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, team development and customer satisfaction across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and motivate a multi-disciplinary team
Deliver revenue, EBITDA and KPI targets
Own regional P&L, forecasting, budgets and cost control
Drive new business and recurring revenue streams
Ensure high standards of delivery, H&S compliance and customer satisfaction
Manage client relationships, escalations and account development
Collaborate closely with Sales and Southern Operations leadership
Skills & Experience
Proven senior leadership and people management experience
Strong commercial, budgeting and forecasting capability
Excellent customer relationship and escalation management skills
Experience improving systems, processes and operational performance
Strong knowledge of BMS control systems
Confident communicator with a collaborative leadership style
